Sales Administrator

THE ROLE :

You are an energetic and highly organized sales professional with a passion for providing service excellence. You excel at customer relations and can be counted on to support everyone around you. You approach what you do with high attention to detail and take care at every step. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working in partnership with a diverse team of people to deliver the best possible service to our customers.

In Your role, you will:

  • Collect, analyze, evaluate data, generate easy to read reports in order to increase sales productivity.
  • Develop, implement, and automate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales reports.
  • Own Pipeline/CRM tool, make continuous improvements to reduce reports by increasing reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support senior leaders by providing insights, action items, trending analysis and recommendations on pipeline development and management to inform and support key decisions.
  • Forecasting for TM sales, report on actuals to forecast.
  • Regularly conducts sales and operation process reviews and makes recommendations to senior management on ways to improve sales rep efficiency, data integrity, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Ensure current and future data and software requirements are met to provide accurate decision support to the business.
  • Assist RSM & DSM with implementation of sales strategies and measurement of results.
  • Reconcile sales financial GL’s.
  • Collaborate with Senior VP’s to provide data driven results.
  • Liaison with other departments and employees for special projects
  • Onboarding training for new sales staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Strong technical understanding, advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is imperative.
  • Experience with SQL programing, VBA and report automation tools is an asset.
  • Desire to succeed and improve results.
  • Post-secondary education, desire to learn.
  • Highly organized and entrepreneurial with ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced, high pressure environment, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and relationships quickly.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of confidentially.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective deadline management and project management skills
