Customer Price Maintenance Administrator

Your key accountabilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Set-up and maintain customer pricing, review and analyze customers for proper set up
  • Manage deviated pricing for customers
  • Administer and validate contracts between vendors and customers
  • Establish and monitor an efficient process for managing customer rebates
  • Streamline monthly processing of bill-backs to vendors
  • Process discrepancies and analyze exception reports and override reports to highlight root-causes and minimize re-work


  • Strong preference will be given to recent graduates of a Business or Math program
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Must be extremely detail oriented, analytical and a problem solver
  • Must be able to work independently and handle multiple priorities
